1.  It Is Projected That In 136 Years, Women Will Have The Same Pay As Men In The U.S.

The American Association of University Women came out with a report this week that at the current rate, it will take more than 100 years unfortunately for women to secure the same pay rate as men. 

Right now women in the States earn 80 cents for every dollar earned by men.
