Hello Fellow Rukkers!

1. In Celebration of The Hubble Space Telescope's 26th Birthday, Here Are 26 Amazing Photos Captured Using The Telescope

Hubble is used to observe distant galaxies, black holes, and planets.

My favorite picture is of the Tarantula Nebula, which I used as the photo link.

2. 96 Year Old Extremely Fit Sprinter Talks About Life

Some highlights from the article:

He joined a body building gym at 87!

He believes that retirement is the biggest killer of old people.

He is writing a book now and hopes to publish it soon - just a reminder, he is in his 90's!

He wants to establish fitness centers for people over 70 along with creating a company to retrain older people.

He wants to create a fashion label for older people as he thinks the way they dress these days is "disgusting".

Thought of the Week

"People of 70 to 100 years old are absolutely the lost population.
We are ignored by society, by medicine, by research.
Nobody cares about us.

The way we treat the elderly today is disgraceful."

- 96 year old Charles Eugster
